Role & responsibilities
1. Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales within the assigned area by meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and strategize sales efforts.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and converting potential leads into new clients.
4. Team Coordination: Collaborate with franchisees, brand personnels, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and effective franchise strategies.
5. Product Promotion and Training: Conduct product training, demonstrations, promotional activities, and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate sales.
6. Store Reporting: Prepare and present regular store hygiene reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
7. Franchise Visits: Conduct regular field visits to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and monitor market presence.
