Role & responsibilities

 

  • Visit customer sites (schools) for giving trainings and demos
  • Understand, analyze and validate the business needs of customers
  • Training and On-boarding customers onto our platform
  • Document and communicate to operations and product teams on change requests
  • Communicate to customers clearly on product, features and workflows


 

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Highly self-motivated and directed
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks diligently
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Computer Savvy
  • MS Office Proficiency
