Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Telecallers. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their careers in customer engagement and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services.
• Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Build positive relationships with customers over the phone.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update the database.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Only female candidates may apply.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
• Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass/graduate.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Malayalam.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Weekend availability
