Full job description

The Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring the project progresses on schedule, meets quality standards, and adheres to safety regulations. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with workers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:1. Construction Supervision:

• Monitor and manage on-site activities to ensure construction aligns with plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with company policies and local regulations.
• Oversee materials, equipment, and manpower, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.

2. Project Coordination:

• Coordinate with the Project Manager, architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve any site-related issues.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of construction materials.
• Schedule and supervise subcontractors to meet project deadlines.

3. Safety Management:

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure all workers comply with health and safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety briefings and inspections to maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Document and report any incidents or accidents immediately to the management team.

4. Quality Control:

• Conduct regular inspections of ongoing work to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
• Identify defects or deviations from plans and initiate corrective actions.
• Verify the quality and quantity of materials delivered to the site.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain daily site logs, including progress updates, issues faced, and actions taken.
• Provide weekly progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Document changes to the construction plan and communicate with stakeholders for approval.

6. Team Leadership:

• Supervise and motivate site workers, ensuring productivity and adherence to timelines.
• Address concerns or conflicts on-site effectively to maintain a cohesive team environment.

7. Cost Control:

• Monitor project budgets, preventing unnecessary expenses or delays.
• Suggest cost-saving measures while maintaining quality and compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
