RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct engaging and interactive Montessori training sessions for aspiring educators.
• Deliver workshops and practical demonstrations on Montessori methodologies.
• Review and assess trainee assignments to ensure comprehension and application of Montessori
principles.
• Provide detailed and constructive feedback to support trainee development.
• Prepare and maintain accurate report cards, tracking trainee progress and achievements.
• Highlight strengths and suggest areas for improvement in reports.
• Conduct periodic evaluations to measure trainee understanding and proficiency.
• Ensure all assessments align with Montessori educational standards and objectives.
• Collaborate in refining training materials and resources to ensure alignment with the latest
Montessori educational practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field
(Montessori Certification preferred).
• In-depth knowledge and expertise in Preschool Management, Montessori Practical Training,
Preschool Education, Montessori Philosophy and Methods, and Educational Psychology.
• Proven experience in Montessori teaching or teacher training.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to evaluate and provide constructive feedback effectively.
• Proficiency in report preparation and documentation.
