Junior Assistant - Gold Loan

Customer  Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers who have availed gold loans. This includes effective communication, addressing customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

Loan Origination: Assisting customers in the loan application process, including explaining loan terms, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

Appraisal of Gold: Evaluating the quality and value of the gold jewelry or ornaments presented as collateral. This involves assessing factors like purity, weight, and market value.

Loan Disbursement: Managing the loan disbursement process, ensuring that the approved loan amount is provided to the customer as per the terms and conditions.

Documentation: Ensuring that all loan-related documentation, such as loan agreements, promissory notes, and collateral paperwork, is properly completed and maintained.

Repayment Management: Monitoring and coordinating the repayment of gold loans, including educating customers about repayment schedules and options.

Customer Education: Providing customers with information about the terms and conditions of the gold loan, interest rates, and the implications of default.

Compliance: Ensuring that all transactions and loan processes comply with relevant banking and lending regulations and policies.

Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to promote other financial products or services offered by the bank, such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, or insurance.

Risk Management: Assessing and managing the risks associated with gold loans, including potential default and the value of the pledged gold.
