Roles and Responsibilities
 

  • Provide after sales service support to customers through field visits.
     
  • Troubleshoot and repair faults in equipment, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints.
     
  • Conduct warranty management activities, including processing claims and coordinating with vendors as needed.
     
  • Offer technical services such as servicing and maintenance of medical devices and equipment.
     
  • Manage field operations efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
     

Desired Candidate Profile
 

  • 0-5 years of experience in after sales service or related field (medical device industry preferred).
     
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
     
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
